Introduction Dating back twenty years shopping experiences and methods have evolved; this may be influenced by the evolution of the World Wide Web through the introduction of technology to the shopping experience. This evolution coupled with lifestyle changes has allowed shoppers to rely on a number of retail formats to meet their shopping needs, (Scott, 2001; Nicholson et al, 2002 as cited in, Gehrt and Yan 2004).This gives the people the opportunity to choose how they shop, as the internet now allows people to do research on products they want to purchase before completing a transaction, (Rayner, 2013). Traditional shops evolving to online shops has become a trend, this is seen in how stores like Argos, Boots and John Lewis have integrated to online services, The way individuals prefer to shop nowadays may be of influence.
